The generator arrived precisely on time and in excellent condition. The interior / exterior packaging was 1st class quality. The owner's manual was detailed and complete. Assembly of the wheel kit went smoothly. The generator started up and ran without problems.
I would also, like to add my sincere appreciation to the owners of ToolCity. "Dale" and "Cam". Both of them went from beyond normal customer service to exceptional customer service. When a small problem surfaced, it was immediately handled and resolved. Their "people - skills" are outstanding.
Would I recommend ToolCity? ----- Absolutely, without hesitation.
