Shipping times:
We process orders during regular business hours — Monday through Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST . Approximately 95% of the items displayed on this site ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your order and will arrive in 3 - 7 days from shipping date. You will be notified by email if there is a delay in shipping.

How we ship your order:
Some items will ship from Toolcity.com and some will ship directly from our suppliers to you. You may receive two or three packages to complete a large order. There will not be any additional shipping charges because of multiple deliveries. On most orders shipping to a residential address for your protection, we require a signature upon delivery.

US Shipping:
Within the continental United States shipping is standard ground service. Shipping charges shown in the Toolcity.com Shopping Cart are based on estimated weight, distance and packaging. You can chose from several different options offered by UPS on orders under 150 pounds.
Note: Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska normally ship via expedited service unless you request otherwise.
Orders that are over 150 pounds will be sent via common carrier. Freight charges shown include delivery to a commercial business. Drivers ARE NOT REQUIRED to assist with offloading items. It is recommended that on heavier items 2 or 3 able bodied persons be there when the truck arrives to offload the product. If a liftgate is required it can be requested when the carrier calls to confirm the delivery time and date. THERE MAY BE AN ADDTIONAL CHARGE FOR LIFTGATE SERVICE AND FOR SOME RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES.

Do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages. If an item is damaged when you receive it, please keep all original packaging as the freight company may want to inspect it. International Shipping & Ordering:
By the act of ordering a product you agree to pay any shipping costs, duties, storage costs, customs or fees required by your government or the shipper (these charges can be significant, your local customs office or post office should be able to tell you what the fees will be.)

Shipping & Ordering Guidelines:
In the event of a return (except where it may be our error), you will be refunded the cost of the product only and must pay the return shipping.

Toolcity.com Return Policy:
Unused products in original packaging may be returned for credit of the price of the tool less 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase subject to the following limitations. Product and components must not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications, cracked or cut cords, dents, scratches or damage by fire, mud or other foreign matter. Shipping is not refundable unless it was our error. Do not return any tools without prior authorization. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of your invoice. Personalized orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.

Warranties:
The items you purchase from Toolcity.com can be taken for warranty service to the dealer/service center nearest you.

Disclaimers:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, webmaster or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Toolcity.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging you, Toolcity.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Toolcity.com shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
